What We Do

El Dorado Fire Rescue is a 100% volunteer fire and emergency services district serving the Eldorado at Santa Fe community and surrounding areas within Santa Fe County. Our members respond to a wide range of emergencies — from structure fires and medical calls to wildland fire, search and rescue, and vehicle accidents.

We operate under the umbrella of the Santa Fe County Fire Department (SFCFD) and provide the Eastern Region with a full spectrum of emergency services. Explore the sections below to learn more about each of our operational areas.
