El Dorado Fire Rescue operates as part of the Santa Fe County Fire Department (SFCFD), which coordinates fire and emergency services across Santa Fe County. SFCFD provides oversight, training resources, mutual aid coordination, and apparatus support to the volunteer districts that make up the Eastern Region.

Our members train alongside SFCFD career personnel and participate in county-wide drills, certifications, and community preparedness programs. This partnership ensures that Eldorado residents receive the same high standard of emergency services as the broader county population.
